Under his leadership, he has helped Creo grow into a respected landscape architecture studio working on some of the premier projects in the Bay Area. He serves as principal in charge and lead designer for Creo. Todd leads creative visioning efforts within the firm, excelling at translating the client’s goals and requirements to create original and viable landscape designs. He brings 10 years of experience, both assisting and leading projects in California and globally, from concept through construction. His work, while predominantly engaging urban communities, is in constant dialogue with the natural habitat for which they coexist. He has worked with cities, communities, public interest groups and private organizations on a myriad of teams and project types, and he has a vested interest in our ecological and social communities to produce sustainable designs with sustainable practices.

Sean is an associate and project manager for Creo Landscape Architecture. He brings 10 years of experience, both assisting and leading projects in California and globally, from concept through construction. At Creo, she is a critical part of the project team helping to develop designs, specialized planting palettes, construction documentation, and master planning efforts on projects ranging from wineries, healthcare, senior housing, mixed use housing and residential. She is passionate about plants and is particularly knowledgeable about those suited for the summer-dry climate of California.

Alexandra Harker

Her background in planning and landscape architecture for both public and private sectors allows her to work successfully across a broad range of scales. At Creo, she is a critical part of the project team helping to develop designs, specialized planting palettes, construction documentation, and master planning efforts on projects ranging from wineries, healthcare, senior housing, mixed use housing and residential. Growing up in Los Angeles inspired her passion for ecologically democratic design in urban environments. Professional degrees in architecture and landscape architecture from UC Berkeley allows her to work successfully across a range of disciplines and bring a robust understanding of integrated projects—from building science to plant identification. She has skill in form-driven design, while also bringing appreciation for culture, community, and nature.

Kevin Quach   Senior Designer, ASLA  Kevin has over five years of experience working in landscape architecture. His past experience in both the public and private sector give him a unique perspective to the permitting process as they relate to landscape . His range of experience includes a variety of project types and scales, ranging from streetscapes to parks and plazas, mixed use housing, corporate campuses, university campus design and wineries. Along with his education in landscape architecture and horticulture, he brings his enthusiasm and passion for design, urban culture, and the built environment into his work here at Creo.

Kevin has over five years of experience working in landscape architecture. His past experience in both the public and private sector give him a unique perspective to the permitting process as they relate to landscape . His range of experience includes a variety of project types and scales, ranging from streetscapes to parks and plazas, mixed use housing, corporate campuses, university campus design and wineries. Nicki Copley   Designer  Nicki is a landscape designer with over three years of work experience in landscape architecture and planning, including civic spaces, housing developments, institutional landscapes, tourism, and private gardens. Her project experience has seen her working in a variety of landscapes, from rural landscapes to urban, from inland to coastal. She is especially passionate about the performative nature of landscape, from climate responsive planting, to designing spaces that can adapt to changing needs. At Creo, she brings strong theoretical and analytical skills, a keen design sense, combined with the efficient production of high quality drawing packages.
