Avalon Pleasanton is a 9.5-acre residential sanctuary that redefines community living through a holistic landscape architectural approach. Designed for AvalonBay Communities, the project weaves together a diverse range of environments—from activated streetscapes and intimate walk-up apartments to the expansive podium building and vibrant childcare center. Our design intent centers on creating seamless transitions between public and private realms. We have curated a series of experiential zones: elevated courtyards that act as social hubs, refined outdoor kitchens for al fresco dining, and tranquil pool and spa environments. By carefully integrating site walls, tactile walkways, architectural lighting, and a thoughtfully layered planting palette, we have transformed the site into a cohesive, immersive environment that elevates the daily experience for residents.
