pge hunters point

Since 2016, Creo has worked closely with TEF, Tatiana Bilbao Estudio, and ur-bin to help develop the landscape design and documentation for a new, net-zero switchgear building for PGE in the heart of the Hunters Point neighborhood of San Francisco. The building has a large public plaza with custom precast concrete pavers, custom precast furniture, a new streetscape along Jennings and Evans, new artistic lighting, and an integrated stormwater design. Creo’s role as the landscape architect and landscape architect of record was to help TBE with the design, implementation, and documentation of the plaza and streetscape for this unique and state of the art and net-zero target switchgear building. This project is currently being reviewed by SFDBI.
