Creo was asked to help envision the landscape for this new state-of-the-art Chabad & Preschool. Working closely with Studio Bondy and Chabad N. Peninsula, we helped develop the landscape program including a new streetscape and entry experience off Mt. Diablo Avenue, a tall security fence around the preschool outdoor play yard, a preschool play area with sand play, a large play structure, a textured loop bike path, a roof terrace for learning and ceremony, and a toddler play area with sand play and flexible space. The shapes and patterns of the planting and the fence reflect Chabad symbology and the Jewish religion. The entire project is over podium. This project was completed in 2022.
