who we are

creo: latin ("to create, grow, make, and give existence")

We have embraced a different approach towards building a landscape architecture firm. We are a nimble team of progressive-thinking, collaborative designers, who are building our practice with a bottom up approach.  We believe that everyone should have a voice in our studio.  Most importantly, we are creating a culture of fun!

Our studio culture is one where staff have room to grow, ownership in the design process is emphasized, and staff are encouraged to take on opportunities for learning and growth. Our design process is charette based and encourages ideas to flow freely. We believe everyone has something to bring to the table. We value collaboration, and we enjoy working together to find unique solutions for our clients.

our values:

good design: Our design approach is rooted in modern design principles and reflects the history and natural character of each site.  We continually seek out ways to evolve our designs by exploring new materials, forms and installation methods in the hopes of creating spaces that feel unique.

environmental focus: Designing for the benefit of the environment is inherent in what we do. Our love for the natural world is reflected in the sustainable and ecological design decisions we make with an emphasis on low water use planting, thoughtful stormwater solutions, and permeable materials that allow landscapes to breathe.

having fun: Through all of our work, we prioritize fun.  We want to create fun places for people to gather and have a sense of well-being.  We want to ensure that our team members and clients have fun with us along the way.
