Originally constructed in the 1950s in the Western Addition neighborhood, this development of 5 affordable apartment buildings with 104 units along with the landscape grounds will be completely renovated to upgrade the quality of life for the existing tenants and bring the development up to code. Creo worked closely with the development team and architect to create a new and refreshing landscape design for this project. The landscape renovation includes all-new pedestrian circulation, accessible parking, a new community center plaza with an outdoor kitchen, a new community central quad with a playground, lawn area, raised wood platform, and opportunities for seating and picnicking with friends and neighbors. The project was completed in 2022.
